Review: Greens Pak

Greens Pak offers a fairly typical mixture of greens (grasses and spirulina), veggie powders (carrot, broccoli, spinach juices) and special herbs (in this case grouped into an “antioxidant blend” including milk thistle, red beet root and aloe vera leaf powders). There are good amounts of all of these blends and a good amount of filler, which is Lecithin in this case. The product comes in handy, single-serving packs, but the serving size is only 7.5 grams, about half of what other brands suggest. This makes the price tag rather steep for this product, even though the formulation is comparable to several other products. Recommended Usage
Open packet and place the entire contents of the packet into 6-8 oz. of water and stir. May also be put in juice, a smoothie, or other beverage. Some caking may occur.

you are not telling the whole truth about the ingredients in this product,first it claims to be vegan but it has dairy,or if not dairy it has MSG which is really bad for you and what are the preservatives because on the packets it just says preservatives

Are you looking at the same product as the rest of us? There is no mention of MSG or any preservatives on the label. Perhaps you are looking at a different version? Also, regarding the Vegan claim (which is on their website), you may be thinking that the Lactase is a dairy product, but this can be created in a laboratory environment which is many times removed from the bovine source. It is considered to be vegan by all but the most fanatical of vegan vegetarians.
